The Department of Soil and Water Technologies at Al-Mussaib Technical Institute held a workshop on soilless agriculture. The workshop included the concept of soilless agriculture, such as hydroponics and nutrient media for plant growth. The workshop also addressed different types of nutritional environments for plant growth without soil, in order to provide food for humans in the event that suitable soil for agriculture is not available, as well as to limit the growth of weeds and diseases that affect plants. The course was attended by Intisar Abdul Khaliq Turki, with the participation of a number of students from the institute.
