Preparing the annual plan for the unit of seminars, workshops and training courses after coordination with the Rehabilitation and Employment Center in the University Presidency and implementing it.
Organizing and arranging the schedules of workshops and courses for the unit.
Communicating with trainers and relevant and contributing institutions.
Organizing summer and ongoing programs.
Preparing questionnaire forms for (employers, students, visitors).
Preparing lists of registration of participants in the programs.
Preparing hospitality for all programs.<\/h4>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Responsibilities of the Rehabilitation and Employment Unit:-<\/strong><\/h4>


– Preparing electronic forms for students or graduates to apply to participate in the rehabilitation programs
– Preparing databases for students and graduates of the College of Science who wish to participate in the rehabilitation and employment programs.
– Preparing databases for institutions and private sector companies that include the institution’s activity, work locations, required specializations, and points of contact.
– Preparing and implementing workshops and courses for the Rehabilitation and Employment Unit.
– Preparing specialized scientific analytical studies to update and develop curricula and courses according to the requirements of the labor market in a manner consistent with academic constants and in a manner that contributes to developing the acquired skills of graduates.
– Preparing and implementing scientific training programs for students and graduates (practical application of scientific and academic aspects) in coordination and cooperation with public and private sector institutions
– Preparing and implementing summer training programs for students in coordination and cooperation with public and private sector institutions
– Preparing seminars, conferences, and workshops that bring together students and graduates with the labor market as well as the teaching and educational staff with the aim of exchanging ideas.
– Preparing educational seminars and workshops that are consistent with the labor market for the purpose of adopting professional methods for selecting graduates in a manner consistent with the nature of the institution’s work.<\/h4>

– Holding workshops for students in the first stage of study with the aim of guiding and directing them to the importance of the specializations they are accepted into, which contributes to developing their capabilities within the specialization and their creative aspects.<\/h4>

– Preparing statistics that provide indicators of the number of trainees, their specializations, and the percentage of those employed.<\/h4>

– Emphasizing interest and focus on raising the level of the English language and computer use, in addition to communication skills, as they are a basic requirement in addition to a bachelor’s degree for most companies in the private sector.
– Staying in touch with graduates by keeping their phone numbers for the purpose of contacting them when job opportunities are available from private companies.<\/h4>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
