Health benefits associated with L-Carnitine 5. Improving athletic performance. 6. Supporting weight loss. 7. Cardiac benefits. 8. Scientific research and studies 7. Review of the latest studies that explain the role of L-Carnitine. 8. Notes on dosages and side effects 9. How to use L-Carnitine 9. Recommended dosages. 9. &#8211; When is the best time to take it?
