In implementation of the directives of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research to complete the requirements of the Digital Transformation and Automation Center system at the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, which is a fundamental pillar of the Ministry’s future directives, the Center provides a digital infrastructure that contributes to strengthening the Ministry’s strategy to simplify administrative procedures in line with the directives of the government program. It also provides a higher level of new digital educational services with standard specifications, including educational quality, accreditation, and e-governance. This ensures the rapid completion of all Ministry tasks across all its departments and universities, as well as its students and faculty. The Computer Science Department at the University Presidency organized an extensive workshop on the Human Resources Management System (HR) and the Authorization Management System.
They were received by Assistant Professor Dr. Malik Nima Hawas Al-Khazraji, Dean of Al-Mussaib Technical Institute.
The workshop covered several topics, including how to upload official data and documents to the system and grant authorizations to responsible employees. She indicated that the department intends to hold several courses and emphasized the need to implement these new digital services launched by the Ministry. To facilitate work procedures and expedite the completion of tasks.
It is worth noting that this strategic step is based on the Iraqi government’s development program, and aims to deliver its resources and requirements to all state institutions.
The workshop was attended by Assistant Professor Dr. Tamim Hamid Obaida, Director of the Computer Center Department, and lecturer Rawida Hussein Kamel, Head of Human Resources.
