Workshop on Innovation in Infrastructure Design

The Technical Institute of Mussaib organized a scientific workshop entitled: “Innovation in Infrastructure Design: Modern Techniques for Performance Enhancement”, held at the Civil Engineering Technologies Department. This initiative comes as part of the institute’s efforts to keep pace with contemporary engineering developments and to strengthen both the practical and theoretical aspects for faculty members and students.
Dr. Ammar Abdul Amir Hussein, Head of the Civil Engineering Technologies Department, delivered the lecture, presenting key concepts and modern techniques in infrastructure design. He emphasized methods for improving efficiency and sustainability in engineering projects, as well as the role of innovation in addressing structural and environmental challenges.
The workshop covered several main themes, including:

• The impact of innovation on reducing costs and improving the quality of structures.
