As part of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research’s efforts to monitor the implementation of quality standards and institutional accreditation, the National Institutional Accreditation Evaluation Team carried out a field assessment visit to Al-Mussaib Technical Institute, with the aim of reviewing institutional performance and the extent of compliance with national accreditation standards.
The delegation was received by the Dean of the Institute, Assistant Professor Dr. Malik Ne’ma Hawas Al-Khazraji, accompanied by the senior staff. A comprehensive presentation was delivered on the procedures adopted in the field of quality assurance, as well as the developments achieved in infrastructure, curricula, human resources, in addition to the e-learning system, classrooms, and scientific laboratories.
The visit also included a review of quality and accreditation files across all academic departments, an examination of institutional performance evaluation mechanisms, the adopted quality management systems, and the alignment of academic programs with programmatic accreditation requirements.
The purpose of the visit was to assess the extent to which the institute meets the requirements of institutional accreditation and to verify the application of comprehensive quality standards in academic, administrative, and service aspects. The evaluation team commended the efforts made by the institute’s administration and its academic and administrative staff, praising the achievements in the quality file and emphasizing the importance of institutional accreditation in enhancing the outcomes of higher education.
For his part, the Dean of the Institute, Assistant Professor Dr. Malik Ne’ma Hawas Al-Khazraji, affirmed the institute’s commitment to continuously developing institutional performance in line with national and international standards, noting that this visit represents a supportive step in the path toward achieving institutional accreditation, thanks to the joint cooperation among all components of the institute.
