The Information Technology Division is fundamental to enhancing the efficiency of operations within organizations, as it contributes to improving communication and facilitating access to information. It also plays a vital role in protecting data and ensuring business continuity by providing advanced technical solutions.
The most important tasks performed by the division
First. Network management/ design and maintenance of networks to ensure effective communication between devices and systems, such as internal switchboards and cameras, etc.
Second. Technical support/ providing support and assistance to employees in solving technical problems and maintenance.
Third. Information security/ protecting sensitive data and information from threats and hacking.
Fourth. Software development/ creating and updating programs that meet the needs of work within the institute.
Fifth. Data management/ organizing, storing and analyzing data to ensure fast and secure access to it.
Sixth. Infrastructure/ managing devices, servers and systems necessary to operate the business.
