The President of Al-Furat Al-Awsat Technical University, Professor Dr. Hassan Al-Zubaidi, visited the Technical Institute of Al-Mussaib, accompanied by a delegation of college deans from the university. He was received by the Dean of the Institute, Assistant Professor Dr. Malik Ne’ma Hawas Al-Khazraji.
The visit included a field tour during which the University President reviewed the condition of classrooms and scientific laboratories, with particular attention to the evening study programs and their level of organization. He also met with the teaching staff of the evening medical departments to discuss ways of improving the educational environment and enhancing academic standards in line with the requirements of technical education.
The tour further encompassed an inspection of reconstruction and rehabilitation works at the Scientific Complex building, observing the advanced stages of completion, in addition to reviewing maintenance activities in the Department of Mechanical Technologies as part of ongoing plans to modernize infrastructure and provide a comprehensive university environment.
At the conclusion of the visit, Dr. Al-Zubaidi commended the outstanding efforts of the Institute’s administration and staff, appreciating their dedication to supporting the educational mission. He reaffirmed the University Presidency’s commitment to all initiatives that contribute to advancing academic performance and strengthening the quality of education.
